View Boston is taking summer to new heights, literally. Perched atop the Prudential Tower, the city’s premier observation deck has unveiled Summer Reimagined, an immersive seasonal installation and event series running June 6 through September 7, 2026. Designed to elevate both the skyline views and the visitor experience, this vibrant transformation blends art, atmosphere, and entertainment into a single sky‑level escape.
A Bold Artistic Transformation Above the City
The 52nd floor has been reimagined by TYGER Productions into a floating summer dreamscape. Expect bold colors, interactive design moments, floral meadows, and dramatic ceiling installations that turn the observation deck into a photo‑ready artistic destination. Founder Ty Kuppig describes the space as a “dream canvas in the clouds,” and the installation embraces that idea fully, inviting guests to step into a summer fantasy suspended above Boston.
A Seasonal Cocktail Experience in the Sky
Summer Reimagined also extends the popular Stratus rooftop bar into a dedicated seasonal cocktail lounge. From 6–9 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, guests can sip signature drinks like the Golden Hour Glow, Cloud Blossom Spritz, Sky Garden, and Limoncello Spritz while taking in panoramic sunset views. Stratus itself will operate daily from 3–10 p.m. throughout the summer, offering a full lineup of seasonal beverages.
Programming That Elevates the Season
The installation isn’t just visual, it’s social. View Boston has curated a full slate of summer programming designed to match the city’s energy during a historic season that includes FIFA World Cup matches, Sail Boston, and Boston’s 250th anniversary celebrations.
Grand Opening Celebration (June 6, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.): A kickoff event featuring a live DJ, coffee and croissants, and free admission for the first 100 guests dressed in floral attire.
Golden Hour Series (Thurs–Sat, June 11–Sept. 4): A sunset‑driven social experience centered around the signature cocktail bar.
Big Night Entertainment Group Events (Select Thursdays & every Saturday): The open‑air roof deck transforms into a sky‑high nightlife venue with renowned DJs and unmatched city views. The first event launches June 6 at 8 p.m. with DJ Costa.
