Aritzia Announces Five-Year Growth Strategy Centered on Expansion, Digital Innovation and Global Reach
HOSPITALITY

Aritzia (CNW Group/Aritzia Inc.(Communications).
Aritzia is setting its sights on an ambitious future. The Canadian fashion retailer recently unveiled its five-year strategic plan, outlining a bold vision for growth through 2032 that emphasizes brand awareness, geographic expansion, digital innovation, and product development. The strategy reflects the company’s confidence in the momentum it has built in recent years and its long-term ambition to become a globally recognized lifestyle brand.
Presented during the company’s Investor Day in New York, the plan establishes a clear roadmap designed to accelerate growth while maintaining the premium customer experience that has helped define the Aritzia brand.
Vision for Significant Growth
At the heart of the strategic plan is a strong financial target. Aritzia is aiming to achieve net revenue between $9.5 billion and $10.5 billion by Fiscal 2032, representing a compound annual growth rate of approximately 15% to 17%. The company is also targeting adjusted EBITDA equivalent to 21% of net revenue by Fiscal 2032.
According to Jennifer Wong, Chief Executive Officer of Aritzia, the strategy builds upon proven growth drivers that have fueled the retailer’s success while creating new opportunities for future expansion. She emphasized that the United States will remain the company’s primary growth market while also serving as a foundation for broader international ambitions.
Expanding Brand Awareness
One of the company’s key strategic pillars focuses on increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Aritzia plans to connect with consumers throughout every stage of the customer journey, expanding awareness of its signature Everyday Luxury® experience. The goal is not only to attract new shoppers but also to deepen loyalty among existing customers.
As competition intensifies across the fashion and lifestyle sectors, cultivating stronger customer relationships and broader brand recognition is expected to play an important role in supporting long-term growth.
Accelerating Retail Expansion
The company also intends to significantly grow its physical retail footprint.
Under the five-year plan, Aritzia expects to open 12 to 14 new boutiques annually while repositioning five to seven existing locations each year through Fiscal 2032. This strategy is expected to drive a mid-teens compound annual growth rate in retail square footage.
In addition to expanding across North America, the company plans to capitalize on prime real estate opportunities and gradually extend its reach beyond Canada and the United States.
Digital Growth Remains a Major Priority
While store expansion remains important, digital commerce is expected to be one of the company’s most significant growth drivers.
Aritzia is targeting North American digital net revenue of approximately $4.1 billion to $4.5 billion by Fiscal 2032, reflecting an anticipated annual growth rate of around 20%.
The company plans to support this growth through:
Expanded product offerings
Continued investment in digital marketing
Introduction of a loyalty experience
Enhancements to its digital ecosystem and customer experience
These initiatives are intended to strengthen customer engagement while creating a more seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
Broadening the Product Portfolio
Product innovation and assortment expansion form the fourth pillar of the company’s strategy.
Aritzia plans to increase the breadth of its product offerings, enabling customers to incorporate more of the brand into their wardrobes. At the same time, the company intends to continue elevating product quality, design, and overall value.
Management expects product expansion efforts to contribute approximately $1.5 billion in incremental net revenue by Fiscal 2032.
Positioning for Global Recognition
Perhaps the most notable aspect of the plan is Aritzia’s long-term vision to become a globally recognized fashion brand. While the United States remains its primary opportunity for growth, the company believes its unique combination of design, retail execution, and customer experience creates a strong foundation for international expansion.
With ambitious revenue targets, aggressive store expansion, accelerating digital investments, and a growing product portfolio, Aritzia’s five-year strategy represents a significant step toward that goal. As consumer expectations continue to evolve, the retailer is making a clear bet that its Everyday Luxury approach can resonate with an even larger audience around the world.
