Brello Health has launched Project Longevity, a podcast addressing the information gap many women face when seeking clear, trustworthy health guidance. The Houston-based women's longevity brand has announced a six-episode series, extending its platform beyond care delivery into education and media through expert-led conversations available on major streaming platforms.

The podcast features medical professionals, wellness experts, and women navigating health journeys, covering topics including hormonal health, metabolism, fitness, and longevity. Episodes release bi-weekly following the April 21 debut.

Platform Expansion Beyond Care Delivery

"Project Longevity is a natural extension of what we're building at Brello Health," said Caulen Foster, chief executive officer. "We've always been committed to delivering a high standard of care, but Brello is more than medication. We want to be the complete resource center for women who are looking to transform their lives, and this podcast is a big step toward putting that knowledge directly in their hands."

The series partners with prominent guests across health, wellness, and lifestyle. Confirmed guests include health and wellness coach Tori Farrow, Sandra Mason from ABC's The Golden Bachelor, and Dr. Felice Chan, a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. Additional guests will be announced throughout the series.

"Longevity isn't just about living longer, it's about living better," said Lee Jimenez, director of content at Brello Health. "This podcast is designed to equip women with the knowledge and confidence to achieve both."

Debut Episode Features Chronic Illness Management

The first episode features Tori Farrow, a health and wellness coach with nearly 500,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok. Farrow's approach to longevity stems from personal experience as a former athlete diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, stage 3 endometriosis, and Crohn's disease, which shifted her focus from external fitness to long-term internal health management.

The episode explores how fitness and health management interconnect, the role of nutrition and recovery in sustainable wellness, and why small, consistent habits rather than dramatic transformations form the foundation of longevity. Farrow also addresses the gut-brain connection and how gut health influences both physical and mental wellbeing.

Farrow works primarily with women managing chronic illness and autoimmune conditions, helping them rebuild strength, energy, and confidence through coaching. "You don't need to be confident to start. You need to be willing," Farrow said. "A mountain is moved by small pebbles each day."

Company Growth and Market Position

Founded in 2023, Brello Health has served over 70,000 members. The company positions itself as an emerging leader in women's longevity health in the United States, connecting individuals with telehealth practitioners through a model that blends medical care, education, and community-based resources designed for long-term health transformation.

The podcast extends Brello's educational offerings while maintaining its core telehealth services. The company describes its approach as addressing women's health needs through multiple channels rather than focusing exclusively on care delivery.
