Felix joined Brinker in 2022 as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Chili's, bringing experience in making legacy brands relevant again. The results have been substantial. Brinker International's market capitalization increased from $1.3 billion when Felix started to $6.25 billion as of March 2, 2026.
