Burn Boot Camp’s Road to 100 New Gyms
HEALTH & BEAUTY

Burn Boot Camp ends 2025 with double digit growth and strong franchisee profitability while expanding national footprint.
With the fitness landscape projected to reach $203 billion by 2030, Burn Boot Camp is proving that community-driven culture is the ultimate growth hack. The brand closed 2025 with double-digit growth, record franchisee profitability, and a strategic expansion that pushed it into new territories, including West Virginia.
The year’s results underscore a shift in the boutique fitness sector: success is no longer just about the workout; it’s about the unit-level economics.
Year of "Internal" Growth
Burn Boot Camp’s 2025 performance was defined by a massive vote of confidence from its own network. Of the 51 new franchise agreements signed last year, more than 60% were with existing franchisees.
Key performance indicators from the year include:
Profitability: A systemwide average EBITDA of $114,000, as reported in its 2025 FDD.
Footprint: 36 new gyms opened, bringing the total to more than 620 open and awarded territories combined.
Ownership Diversity: A franchise network comprised of more than 80% female owners.
“Last year’s results reflect the strength of our system and the discipline of our franchise partners,” said Morgan Kline, CEO and co-founder of Burn Boot Camp. “When you lead with people and execute with intention, growth follows.”
The "Proud Tour" and Multi-Unit Expansion
Looking ahead, Burn Boot Camp is targeting its most ambitious growth phase yet: opening 100 new gyms in 2026. To fuel this momentum, the brand is launching its first-ever Proud Tour. Led by co-founder Devan Kline, the tour will celebrate member accomplishments across the country, starting in Florida and moving through the Southwest in early 2026.
Beyond the tour, the brand is making a strategic push to attract multi-unit, multi-brand operators. Burn Boot Camp is positioning itself as a high-margin complement to portfolios that already include salon suites, chiropractic, or massage concepts, creating a holistic wellness hub for consumers.
Technology and Recognition
The brand’s focus on the future was cemented by the International Franchise Association, which awarded Burn Boot Camp for the "Most Innovative Use of Technology" in 2025. This investment in data-driven tools is designed to support both the member experience (via the Burn Boot Camp App) and the operational efficiency of the franchise partners.
The "Trust-Led" Franchise Model
In 2026, "growth for growth’s sake" is a dangerous strategy. Burn Boot Camp’s success lies in its "Internal Trust Metric". When 60% of your expansion comes from current owners, you aren't just selling a business; you are scaling a community. For brands in the health and wellness space, the lesson is clear: profitability and purpose are not mutually exclusive, they are the two halves of a scalable foundation.
