Celebrity Cruises Relaunches Celebrity Solstice with Eight New Experiences: Solstice Deluxe Panoramic Ocean View.
Celebrity Cruises has relaunched Celebrity Solstice following a comprehensive revitalization, introducing eight new experiences including four brand-new spaces. The ship departed Singapore on March 2, 2026, marking the beginning of Celebrity's major enhancement program for its Solstice Series fleet.
Bow-to-Stern Transformation
The revitalized Celebrity Solstice includes refreshed accommodations across all existing staterooms, plus 54 additional cabins bringing the total to 1,479 staterooms. Four new stateroom categories debut: Panoramic Infinite Veranda Suite, two Panoramic Ocean View Suite categories, and Deluxe Panoramic Ocean View.
The transformation introduces four spaces new to Celebrity: Trattoria Rossa, Sunset Park, The Parlor, and Boulevard Lounge. These additions expand the ship's dining, entertainment, and relaxation options across multiple decks.
Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises, emphasized the redesign's guest-focused approach. "Celebrity Solstice launched our Solstice Series ships and defined a generation of Celebrity Cruises travel," Bethge said. "This reimagination honors that heritage while setting a new standard for what an elevated vacation can be. Every new experience was designed around how our guests want to spend their time, backed by the unmatched hospitality that defines every Celebrity Cruises sailing."
Sunset Park: New Top-Deck Destination
Sunset Park creates a new top-deck outdoor destination featuring open-air social spaces with sweeping ocean views. The area hosts activities including yoga, lawn games, and live music. Private cabanas with dedicated attendants provide shaded relaxation areas designed to maximize scenic vistas.
The new Sunset Park Café offers casual bistro dining for breakfast and lunch. Morning service includes sandwiches, quiches, pastries, and breakfast favorites, while lunch features fresh salads, wraps, and all-day charcuterie boards. An expanded Sunset Bar serves handcrafted cocktails throughout the day.
Dining Additions: Italian and Steakhouse
Two new restaurants enhance Celebrity Solstice's culinary portfolio. Trattoria Rossa, new to Celebrity Cruises, serves Roman and Southern Italian cuisine with seafood, classic meat dishes, and daily house-made pasta. Tableside preparations include Chicken Parmesan and Caesar Salad.
Fine Cut Steakhouse, the Forbes Travel Guide-rated Edge Series favorite, joins Celebrity Solstice offering 30-day dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and personalized service. The addition brings the acclaimed dining concept to the revitalized Solstice Series.
Entertainment Venues and Productions
Boulevard Lounge, a new 125-seat venue, delivers all-day programming from piano bar singalongs and karaoke to game shows. The adjacent Boulevard Bar offers handcrafted cocktails directly beside the entertainment space.
The Parlor debuts as an elevated sports and gaming lounge featuring billiards, darts, throwback board games, and big-screen sports viewing. The venue serves craft cocktails including the signature Red Basil Smash (gin, lemon, basil, and red wine), alongside award-winning wines and whiskies. Shareable bites include Shrimp Mac N' Cheese and Celebrity's Signature Burger, complemented by desserts like Caramel Bread Pudding, House-Made Beignets, and specialty milkshakes.
The Theatre introduces two new production shows. Smoke and Ivories celebrates 1950s piano entertainment with high-flying acrobatics and vocals, while Rockumentary recreates landmark rock performances as a live concert experience. Additional entertainment includes candlelit string concerts featuring rock performances throughout the ship.
Suite Class and Wellness Enhancements
The Retreat, Celebrity Solstice's exclusive suite class, receives a brand-new sundeck with an oversized hot tub, dedicated outdoor seating, and a redesigned private lounge. AquaClass staterooms, the ship's wellness-focused accommodations, have been refreshed with spa-inspired amenities.
AquaClass enhancements include massaging shower heads, aromatherapy diffusers, in-room yoga mats, premium robes and slippers, and a pillow menu. Guests receive complimentary access to Blu restaurant and The Spa's Persian Garden, supporting the onboard wellness program that earned Celebrity Cruises the #1 ranking for Best Cruise Lines for Wellness from U.S. News & World Report.
2026 Itineraries and Grand Voyage
Following its Singapore departure, Celebrity Solstice sails through Asia and Australia before making its Alaska season debut in Summer 2026. The ship's deployment spans diverse regions showcasing the revitalized vessel across multiple markets.
Beginning September 13, 2026, Celebrity Solstice embarks on The Grand Voyage: a 110-night sailing across more than 55 unrepeated ports. The itinerary spans Alaska, the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, concluding with a New Year's Eve arrival in Hong Kong.
Fleet-Wide Modernization
The Celebrity Solstice revitalization marks the beginning of Celebrity's comprehensive enhancement program for its Solstice Series ships. Ship-wide improvements extend to returning venues including Café Al Bacio, Cellar Masters, World Class Bar, Martini Bar, Pool Bar, Passport Bar, the Fitness Center, and Camp at Sea, alongside Luminae exclusive to Retreat guests.
