Crocs, Inc. Promotes Rupert Campbell to EVP and President of HEYDUDE from SVP and Chief Commercial Officer.

The innovative casual footwear market is heating up, and Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) is making a major executive move to solidify the global growth trajectory of its popular HEYDUDE brand. The company today announced the promotion of Rupert Campbell to Executive Vice President and President of HEYDUDE, effective immediately.

Campbell, who joined Crocs, Inc. earlier this year, now steps into a pivotal role, joining the executive leadership team and reporting directly to Crocs Inc. Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Rees. This move signals a strong commitment to capitalizing on HEYDUDE’s momentum and guiding the comfortable, youthful brand through its next phase of global expansion.

The New Mandate: Global Strategy and Scalable Growth

In his new role as Brand President, Campbell will assume comprehensive leadership over the HEYDUDE brand. His mandate encompasses all elements of the brand's product, marketing, and commercial go-to-market strategy worldwide.

Prior to this promotion, Campbell served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for HEYDUDE, where he was responsible for executing the commercial strategy globally. His success in that role quickly positioned him as the right leader for the top spot.

Crocs CEO Andrew Rees expressed full confidence in the decision. "Rupert has proven to be an instrumental part of the HEYDUDE Leadership Team, driving global strategy and execution end-to-end across all parts of our HEYDUDE business," Rees said. "We are confident that he will guide the HEYDUDE business to long-term, scalable global growth."

A Résumé Built for Brand Transformation

Campbell brings a deep, consumer-first mindset and decades of experience operating at the pinnacle of the footwear industry. Before joining Crocs, Inc., he served as President of adidas North America, where he led a market generating more than $6 billion in revenue and managed a team of over 10,000 employees.

During his ten years with adidas, Campbell held various international leadership positions across Europe and Russia, developing a proven prowess for operational excellence and transforming consumer perception. This extensive background in managing massive retail operations and executing long-term brand-building initiatives makes him the ideal executive to scale HEYDUDE effectively around the world.

Campbell is ready to take the brand into its next evolution. "I'm honored for the opportunity to expand my role within the HEYDUDE brand and ignite the next phase of our journey," he said. "The HEYDUDE team is incredibly talented and passionate, and I know that with our collaboration, creativity, and passion, we will turn our strategy into reality while deepening the connection to our consumers."

With Campbell's leadership at the helm, HEYDUDE is poised to move past its initial phase of explosive growth and establish durable, long-term global relevance within the casual footwear sector.
