Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar Announces Massive NYC Flagship

Flagship East Coast location opening in Fall 2026 follows multi-market success in Las Vegas, Glendale, and Salt Lake City.
Manhattan’s waterfront dining and entertainment scene is about to get a major injection of high-octane luxury. Seaport Entertainment Group (SEG) and Carver Road Hospitality have announced a massive collaboration to bring the East Coast flagship of Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar to Pier 17 in New York City’s historic Seaport district.
Scheduled to open in Fall 2026, the approximately 14,000-square-foot venue promises to deliver the brand’s signature integrated experience—a concept that seamlessly blends elevated American dining, world-class cocktails, and a high-energy social atmosphere. This upscale approach stands poised to redefine the traditional sports bar experience in New York.
Building on a Winning Roster
Flanker is not a newcomer to the upscale sports and entertainment scene. The brand has already achieved multi-market success, starting with its debut in Salt Lake City in 2021. It then expanded with a popular venue at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, and established itself as a premier destination on the Las Vegas Strip with its location at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, which has partnered with major entities like the UFC and the Las Vegas Raiders.

Two Levels of Dynamic Entertainment
The two-level flagship, designed by the award-winning firm The Design Agency, will feature sweeping East River views and house two entirely distinct concepts under one roof:
Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar (Ground Floor): This level will focus on elevated American dining and a cocktail-centric experience, featuring state-of-the-art audiovisual production for optimal viewing. It will also include dedicated areas perfect for private events, wedding after-parties, and special celebrations.
The Hidden Boot Saloon (Second Floor): Adding a dynamic music venue to the Seaport, this concept will introduce three modern country bars, including a dramatic 40-foot main bar overlooking the East River. It promises a high-energy, country-style party atmosphere complete with line dancing and, yes, a mechanical bull . This venue builds on the success of the original Hidden Boot Saloon launched in Salt Lake City.
