DeSandre officially joined the VistaPrint executive team on December 1, 2025, reporting directly to CEO Florian Baumgartner. This key appointment is designed to sharpen the company's focus on its most important market and leverage its unique global scale to deliver profitable growth and exceptional customer experiences.
A Track Record of Customer Obsession
Dave DeSandre brings over two decades of industry experience and a proven, customer-centric approach to his new role. He joins VistaPrint from Wayfair, the home goods e-commerce giant, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer for the company's B2B division, Wayfair Professional. During his tenure there, DeSandre was instrumental in scaling Wayfair Professional into a multi-billion dollar platform by consistently leveraging a deep customer-centric approach.
Prior to his time at Wayfair, DeSandre also gained valuable expertise in consulting and capital markets. This holistic background positions him perfectly to guide VistaPrint’s strategy at the intersection of manufacturing, digital technology, and customer experience.
