Stutz has been with the company for 23 years.

Insight Global has appointed longtime executive Tim Stutz as its first chief marketing officer, placing him in charge of the company’s marketing, advertising and communications functions. The newly created position comes as the Atlanta-based organization broadens its identity beyond staffing to encompass talent solutions, consulting and artificial intelligence.

The appointment reflects Insight Global’s growing investment in how it communicates its expanding capabilities to customers, employees and the wider market. Stutz will be responsible for increasing awareness of those services while ensuring the company’s people-focused culture remains central to its brand.

Leader With Deep Company Experience

Stutz brings more than 23 years of experience at Insight Global. During his tenure, he has served in leadership positions across sales and operations and helped guide the business through significant periods of growth.

His long history with the organization gives him detailed knowledge of its operations, workforce and cultur, experience that could prove valuable as Insight Global seeks to present a more unified story to the market.

CEO Bert Bean described Stutz as a trusted leader who understands what distinguishes the company. Having begun his career on the front lines and worked across multiple areas of the business, Stutz enters the marketing role with an operational perspective that extends beyond traditional brand management.

Supporting Insight Global’s Business Evolution

Insight Global now describes itself as a talent, consulting and AI company. Its services include building teams through a recruitment network spanning more than 50 countries and delivering solutions in areas such as cloud technology, artificial intelligence, data, enterprise operations and applied engineering.

As the company’s portfolio grows, Stutz will lead efforts to communicate how these capabilities work together. Bringing marketing, advertising and communications under one executive may also help Insight Global establish clearer messaging as it competes for clients, talent and visibility in rapidly changing markets.

The creation of a chief marketing officer position signals that brand strategy will play an increasingly important role in the company’s next stage of growth. Stutz will be tasked with highlighting new areas of expertise without losing sight of the people-first identity on which the organization was built.

Record of Purpose-Driven Leadership

Stutz has also played a prominent role in Insight Global’s philanthropic work. In 2020, he established the company’s global partnership with OneWorld Health, an organization working to expand access to sustainable healthcare in underserved communities.

According to the company, Insight Global has invested $8.1 million in the partnership. That support has contributed to 10 clinics in Uganda, Nicaragua and Honduras, which have collectively served more than 345,000 patients and helped create 1,839 jobs. More than 400 Insight Global employees have also participated in international service trips connected to the initiative.

Stutz now serves as executive sponsor of the company’s broader philanthropy strategy. That work includes support for the Insight Global Family Foundation, which recently awarded its 1,000th grant to employees and consultants experiencing acute financial hardship.

His appointment brings together two themes that have shaped his career at Insight Global: business growth and investment in people. As chief marketing officer, Stutz will now be responsible for translating those themes into a clear brand narrative for the company’s next chapter.
