Monster Energy will support the fastest riders in the sport as they vie for Supercross championship glory.

The roar of the engines is returning to Anaheim. Monster Energy has officially revealed its athlete roster for the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship, and if the names on the list are any indication, we are entering what could be the most competitive season in the sport's history.

The 2026 season kicks off on January 10 at Angel Stadium, featuring a mix of defending champions, returning legends, and hungry rookies.

The 450 Class: A Battle of Champions

The premier class is headlined by Cooper Webb of Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha. Coming off back-to-back 450 titles, Webb is looking to cement his legacy as one of the ten winningest racers in the history of the sport.

But he’ll have significant company at the front of the pack. Monster Energy Kawasaki has introduced a formidable new duo: two-time premier-class champion Chase Sexton and veteran Garrett Marchbanks. Sexton, known for his smooth riding style and championship poise, returns to the Monster Energy fold with his eyes set on reclaiming the number-one plate.

Adding more intrigue to the field is the return of Jason Anderson to the "yellow bike". Lining up on a Suzuki backed by Pipes Motorsports Group, the former 450 champion and reigning World Supercross (WSX) champion arrives at Anaheim 1 with a major off-season title already under his belt.

The 250 Class: Speed, Grit, and Breakouts

In the 250SX ranks, all eyes are on Haiden Deegan. The sport’s brightest young star and defending champion is looking to maintain his momentum before an anticipated move to the 450 class later in the year. Deegan's "win or crash trying" mentality has made him a fan favorite and a frequent occupant of the podium.

He’ll be joined at Star Racing Yamaha by a deep bench of talent, including international veteran Max Anstie, the current WSX champion, and comeback hopeful Pierce Brown.

Meanwhile, Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki, led by the legendary Mitch Payton, is hungry for its 32nd title. The team features:

  • Levi Kitchen: Ready to bounce back after an injury-plagued 2025.

  • Cameron McAdoo: Focusing on consistency and aggressive pace.

  • Seth Hammaker: The 2025 250SX East runner-up looking for his first championship.

  • Drew Adams: The 2025 Marty Smith Rookie of the Year entering his first full pro season.

The Road to the Podium

As the series zigzags across the country, Monster Energy's commitment to "Full-Scenario" athlete support ensures that their riders have the equipment and the backing to perform at the limits of human capability.

Whether it’s the veteran poise of Cooper Webb or the explosive energy of Haiden Deegan, the 2026 season is built on a single promise: unapologetic speed.
