Dining out is about more than a great meal. Increasingly, guests are looking for memorable experiences that combine food, beverages, and social connection. Recognizing this shift, P.F. Chang’s has unveiled a series of updates designed to elevate the guest experience, including a redesigned wine program, a new Happy Hour menu, and the return of several popular dishes that are now becoming permanent fixtures on the menu.

Among the highlights is the addition of Seven Daughters Moscato, the wine brand for which Academy Award-nominated actress Taraji P. Henson serves as Strategic Advisor and Creative Collaborator. Available by the glass or bottle, the wine joins a newly curated beverage program aimed at making wine selection more approachable and enjoyable for guests.

Modern Approach to Wine Selection

One of the most significant changes at P.F. Chang’s is its redesigned wine list. Rather than organizing wines by traditional varietal categories, the new menu groups selections by flavor profiles ranging from“Sparkling & Refreshing” to“Full & Bold.” The updated format is designed to simplify the wine selection process while helping guests discover pairings that best complement their meals.

The newly added Seven Daughters Moscato is recommended alongside the restaurant’s popular Dynamite Shrimp, creating a pairing that balances sweet, fruity notes with bold and spicy flavors.

Additional wine selections added to the list include:

  • Gratien Meyer Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé

  • Belle Glos “Las Alturas” Pinot Noir

  • Stags’ Leap “Aveta” Sauvignon Blanc

  • Penfolds Max’s Shiraz

  • DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon

The flavor-based approach reflects a growing trend within the restaurant industry to make wine more accessible to casual consumers.

Seven Daughters Moscato Takes Center Stage

The addition of Seven Daughters Moscato brings a celebrity-backed wine into the spotlight. Known for its lightly sparkling character and fruit-forward profile, the wine is produced from 100% Moscato grapes sourced from Italy’s Veneto region. Flavor notes include peach, orange zest, citrus, and floral aromas, making it well suited for a range of food pairings beyond traditional dessert occasions.

The collaboration with Taraji P. Henson has helped introduce the brand to a broader audience, while aligning with consumers seeking approachable and versatile wines.

New Happy Hour Designed for Discovery

Alongside the beverage upgrades, P.F. Chang’s has launched a new weekday Happy Hour available Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at participating locations.

The menu includes:

  • $6 select beer and wine

  • $9 cocktails and sake

  • $12 full-size appetizers and Japanese whisky

  • $15 Sushi & Sip pairings

A standout feature is the new Sushi & Sip experience, which pairs either a Spicy Tuna Roll or California Roll with a Sapporo beer or Joto One “Graffiti Cup” Sake.

The program also introduces an expanded sake category and Japanese whisky offerings, giving guests more opportunities to explore Japanese-inspired beverages.

Popular Favorites Earn Permanent Status

In addition to its beverage enhancements, the restaurant is giving several guest-favorite limited-time offerings a permanent place on the menu. Among the returning selections is Japanese Wok-Fired Calamari, featuring scallions, Fresno peppers, and wasabi aioli.

According to Steve Solis, Vice President of Culinary at P.F. Chang’s, the goal is to ensure Happy Hour and everyday dining experiences reflect the best of what the kitchen has to offer.

Blending Familiar Favorites With New Experiences

The latest updates signal a broader effort by P.F. Chang’s to create a more dynamic dining environment that encourages exploration through food and beverages. By combining a more approachable wine experience, expanded beverage selections, and customer-favorite menu items, the brand is responding to evolving consumer preferences while staying true to its Pan-Asian roots.

For guests, that means more opportunities to discover new pairings, enjoy elevated Happy Hour offerings, and revisit favorite dishes all year long.
