Pullman Hotels & Resorts has unveiled its global brand transformation and vision for the future.

Born over 150 years ago from the golden age of rail travel and known for reimagining what it means to travel and connect, Pullman Hotels & Resorts is entering its next chapter. Part of Accor’s global Premium portfolio, the brand has unveiled a full global transformation and a bold new vision, positioning its hotels as vibrant, dynamic social stages built entirely around the concept of exchange.

This milestone moment, announced today, is designed to strengthen Pullman’s position as one of the world's most dynamic hotel brands, catering directly to the fluid rhythm of today's leaders, creators, and global travelers.

Architecture Designed for Exchange

The transformation is immediately expressed through a striking new design signature: the Pullman Portal. Inspired by the railway tunnels of the brand's heritage, these sculptural entryways mark the physical transition into a distinct world of exchange. Each Portal acts as a bold architectural signature, instantly recognizable globally, yet uniquely reinterpreted locally through different materials, forms, and colors. Guests can already experience this new design element at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers, with upcoming installations planned for Pullman Perth Airport and Pullman Hamilton.

Beyond the entrance, flexibility is at the core of the reimagined spaces. Meeting and event venues have been designed to transform effortlessly, from creative studio to keynote venue, and from workshop arena to cultural runway, celebrating the belief that exchange thrives in environments built for possibility

Culinary and Cocktail Alchemy

At the heart of the new Pullman experience are enhanced culinary and mixology offerings. Hotel bars are being repositioned as the main social anchors of the properties, thriving from the first morning espresso to the final late-night cocktail. This new era prioritizes spontaneity, shareability, and globally inspired flavors, encouraging guests to mingle and discover.

Adding an experiential twist, Pullman is launching Unexpected Pairings in 2026. This bar ritual invites guests to draw cards that reveal imaginative flavor combinations of food and cocktails, playfully redefining the art of mixology and provoking conversation through contrast and taste.

Human-Centric Service

The brand’s elevated service culture is grounded in emotional intelligence. Over the last 18 months, Pullman introduced a new learning program focused on empathy, cultural awareness, and connection-building. With roughly 60% of Pullman’s 20,000+ team members (known as "Heartists") already completing the training, the brand is ensuring that every interaction blends confidence, intuition, and genuine human warmth.

Launching the Movement with Pullman xChange

The vision was powerfully previewed at the inaugural Pullman xChange event, held in Dubai in November 2025. Developed in collaboration with the House of Beautiful Business, a global think tank, the live forum brought together neuroscientists, architects, and business leaders to explore ideas under the theme Build What Outlasts You. This event now serves as the model for a three-year global collaboration, cultivating a new era of purposeful gatherings across continents, with editions set for Europe, Asia, and South America in 2026.
