What if your favorite resort could come home with you, not as a photograph or a souvenir magnet, but as something you actually use? The Ritz-Carlton has partnered with Kilometre Paris, the luxury accessories brand known for hand-embroidered, destination-inspired designs, to create a limited-edition collection that does exactly that. Four iconic coastal properties, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel; The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara; The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island; and The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, have been reimagined as a vibrant collection of beach totes, bucket bags, and bandanas designed for travel.

More Than Accessories

Each piece in the collaboration is crafted by artisans in Morocco using methods passed down through generations. Handwoven basket bags are made from natural date palm leaves and finished with detailed embroidery that captures the color, mood, and character of each resort. The collection includes three silhouettes: the relaxed Undercover Basket, the sculptural Le Tube Basket, and a hand-spun cotton bandana embroidered with playful nods to coastal life.

These aren't just bags, they're designed as keepsakes. Each one reflects the spirit of its destination, transforming functional travel essentials into items that feel personal and collectible. The idea is to carry a piece of the experience with you long after you've left.

"At The Ritz-Carlton, the most meaningful travel experiences are those that connect guests more deeply to place, culture, and community," said Jamie Hoffman, Director of Global Marketing and Partnerships at The Ritz-Carlton. "Our collaboration with Kilometre is an opportunity to tell that story through design, translating the spirit, color, and character of our resorts into pieces shaped by craftsmanship and sense of place."

Craftsmanship at the Center

Kilometre Paris founder Alexandra Senes built her brand on the belief that luxury isn't about appearance, it's about time, human collaboration, and respect for craft. Every piece in this collection is entirely handmade by skilled artisans in Morocco, from intricate embroidery to final assembly. The process involves close, long-standing relationships with artisan communities, ensuring that each item reflects both regional techniques and time-honored traditions.

"Kilometre fits naturally with The Ritz-Carlton because we share the same obsession with excellence in every detail," said Senes. "At Kilometre, every choice matters, from the colors and materials we select to the people who bring each piece to life. Our work is deeply international, shaped by many hands and cultures, and driven by immense care."

A Partnership with Purpose

The collaboration also reflects The Ritz-Carlton's commitment to community stewardship. A portion of the proceeds from the collection will benefit Community Footprints, the brand's global social and environmental responsibility platform. Funds will support initiatives within the local communities of the four participating resorts, extending the impact of each purchase beyond the product itself.

Where to Find It

The collection is available for purchase in person at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara; The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel; The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island; and The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, as well as online at The Ritz-Carlton Boutiques.

For travelers who value craftsmanship, this collaboration offers something rare: accessories that feel as thoughtful as the destinations that inspired them. Each piece is designed to travel well, to age beautifully, and to carry the memory of a place you've been, or a place you're planning to go.
