As the North American supply chain accelerates its digital evolution, the need for marketing leadership deeply versed in both software and logistics has become paramount. Transflo, the trusted leader in mobile, telematics, and supply chain automation solutions, today announced the appointment of Belinda Rueffer as Senior Vice President of Marketing, effective immediately.

Rueffer joins Transflo’s executive team with a formidable mandate: to guide brand strategy, elevate corporate storytelling, and build high-performing marketing engines that accelerate growth. Her appointment is a clear signal of Transflo’s commitment to expanding its market presence and advancing its "cab-to-cash" platform evolution.

A Track Record of Unicorn Growth

Rueffer is a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience building organizations from early-stage startups to major industry players. Her most recent success came at Fleetio, where she served as Vice President of Marketing. In that role, she led the marketing efforts through significant Series C and D funding rounds, ultimately helping the company achieve the coveted unicorn status at a $1.5 billion valuation.

Her background is uniquely suited to Transflo’s mission, spanning demand creation, product marketing, and corporate communications across several leading transportation technology organizations, including Omnitracs, Spireon, and GPS Insight.

Bill Vitti, President at Transflo, praised Rueffer’s ability to combine strategy with results. “Belinda strikes the perfect balance between revenue impact and compelling corporate storytelling,” Vitti said. “Her deep experience across fleet tech, logistics, and connected-vehicle SaaS aligns perfectly with Transflo's mission and the next phase of our 'cab-to-cash' platform evolution.”

The Future of Supply Chain Automation

Transflo is a driving force behind a more connected, efficient, and data-driven supply chain, digitizing over 800 million shipping documents annually. With over 3.2 million downloads of its Mobile+ app and over $115 billion in annual freight bills processed, the company is a critical infrastructure provider in the transportation industry.

Rueffer’s focus will be on leveraging her hands-on leadership style to directly tie marketing performance to pipeline, revenue, and customer value. She is excited to join a company she believes is at the center of innovation.

“When I entered the transportation industry over a decade ago, I knew I'd found my passion,” said Rueffer. “I'm excited to contribute to Transflo's rich culture and help bring its groundbreaking new solutions for carriers, brokers, shippers, and factors to market.”

Residing in Dallas, Rueffer holds both an MBA and a BA in Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her appointment cements Transflo’s leadership team as it continues to accelerate the digital transformation of the North American supply chain.
