Venu Holding Corporation, a major developer, owner, and operator of premium live entertainment destinations, is strengthening its leadership team with the appointments of Paola Palazzo as Senior Vice President and Head of Talent and Kevin Couch as Senior Vice President of Talent.

The appointments bring decades of entertainment industry experience to VENU as the company expands its portfolio of destinations and develops programming strategies designed to attract diverse audiences throughout the year.

With backgrounds spanning Live Nation, Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and ATG Entertainment, both executives will play important roles in shaping VENU’s entertainment offerings and supporting its continued growth.

Paola Palazzo Brings More Than 35 Years of Entertainment Industry Experience

Palazzo joins VENU with more than 35 years of experience in talent booking, artist development, venue programming, and revenue generation.

Most recently, she founded and led Work Together Inc., a Toronto-based entertainment consultancy specializing in venue agreements for immersive experiences across major and secondary markets.

Previously, Palazzo served as Vice President of Talent at Live Nation Concerts Canada, where she supported concert bookings throughout Ontario and Quebec while expanding programming across Latin music, K-pop, and other entertainment genres.

Her career also includes leadership positions at CAA, Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment, MSG Entertainment, and Nederlander Concerts.

In her new role, Palazzo will oversee talent strategy and help develop programming that supports VENU’s expanding portfolio of entertainment destinations.

Kevin Couch Adds Two Decades of Talent Booking and Programming Expertise

Couch brings 20 years of entertainment industry experience spanning talent acquisition, artist management, and venue programming.

Before joining VENU, he served as Vice President of Music, Comedy & Events at ATG Entertainment, overseeing programming across multiple venues nationwide.

His booking experience includes performances featuring Sabrina Carpenter, Santana, Diana Ross, ZZ Top, Nate Bargatze, and Joe Rogan.

Couch previously served as Senior Vice President of Artistic Programming at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, overseeing music, comedy, Broadway productions, live entertainment, and televised programming.

He has also managed the multi-platinum recording group Color Me Badd since 2017.

Expanding Entertainment Beyond Traditional Concert Experiences

The leadership additions support VENU’s broader strategy to develop multi-seasonal entertainment destinations offering more than traditional concerts.

The company is investing in flexible venue configurations, immersive video technology, and diversified programming designed to create engaging experiences throughout the year.

Palazzo and Couch will collaborate with VENU’s existing talent team, including industry veteran Hamilton Byrd, to strengthen artist relationships, expand entertainment offerings, and attract audiences across multiple markets.

Positioning VENU for Continued Growth

Headquartered in Colorado Springs, VENU operates and develops entertainment destinations across Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.

Its portfolio includes Ford Amphitheater, Regent Bank Amphitheater, Sunset Amphitheaters, and Phil Long Music Hall.

As VENU continues expanding nationally, its investment in experienced entertainment leadership underscores the importance of compelling programming, strong industry partnerships, and memorable fan experiences in an increasingly competitive live entertainment market.
