Vomela acquires world-class events company Moss.

The global landscape for live events and immersive brand experiences just saw a seismic shift. The Vomela Companies, a leading provider of visual communications and specialty graphics across North America, today announced the strategic acquisition of Moss Inc., a globally recognized producer of premium event and retail structures.

This merger combines two powerhouses in the experiential events industry, creating what the companies are calling "the most capable experiential and events company in the world".

The Synergy of Scale and Craft

Moss, founded in 1955, is renowned for its award-winning tension fabric architecture, complex structural engineering, and custom immersive environments, serving some of the world’s most recognizable brands and architectural partners.

Vomela, meanwhile, boasts an unmatched scale with over 20 production facilities and 1,600+ employees across North America. The company is the force behind major iconic events and brand programs, from the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade to large-scale retail décor.

The acquisition is a perfect alignment of complementary strengths. As part of the deal, Vomela is merging its existing Fusion events business unit directly into Moss. The resulting entity will operate under the unified name, Moss, A Vomela Company, and will be led by Moss President and CEO, Jason Popp.

"Moss has built an exceptional reputation for crafted experiential environments," said Mark Auth, President and CEO of The Vomela Companies. "Moss's solutions design and structural engineering expertise perfectly complements our scale in printing, fabrication, installation, and logistics. Together, we create the most capable experiential and events company in the world."

Immediate Global Reach

One of the most significant benefits of the acquisition is the immediate international expansion. Moss has a strong established presence with operations across the U.K., Europe, Germany, Poland, and Spain. By integrating Moss’s global footprint, Vomela gains the international reach necessary to serve clients wherever their brand experiences come to life.

"Joining Vomela allows Moss to accelerate our mission of delivering premium, sustainable experiential environments for global brands," said Jason Popp. "Vomela's scale, infrastructure, and operational strength will enable us to serve customers with even greater reach, speed, and consistency. We are excited about the opportunities this partnership creates for our customers and our people."

This move is the second strategic acquisition for Vomela since The Riverside Company invested in the brand in early 2025, underscoring a commitment to rapidly expanding both geographic reach and the range of services to meet evolving client needs for meaningful engagement.

The combined Moss, A Vomela Company is now positioned as the definitive global powerhouse ready to design, fabricate, and install the future of immersive brand experiences worldwide.
