Nobu Hospitality, proudly announces the brand's first residential project in Miami and a new architectural icon along Biscayne Bay.

Miami’s dazzling skyline is set to welcome a new architectural icon that fuses global luxury, minimalist Japanese sensibility, and breathtaking design. Nobu Hospitality proudly announced the brand’s first-ever residential project in Miami, 619 Brickell, developed in partnership with 13th Floor Investments and Key International.

This project is far more than a typical luxury high-rise. It represents the ultimate convergence of world-class hospitality and residential design, bringing together two giants in their respective fields: Nobu Hospitality, the global lifestyle brand co-founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, and the esteemed architectural firm Foster + Partners.

Design by Masters

The 74-story tower is designed by Foster + Partners, renowned globally for blending visionary architecture with contextual elegance. Their design for 619 Brickell, crafted in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects, masterfully integrates Nobu’s aesthetic philosophy—understated elegance, natural simplicity, and a focus on natural materials—with the dynamic energy of the Miami waterfront. The result is a timeless, fluid, and modern tower deeply connected to its Biscayne Bay setting.

“619 Brickell represents the next evolution of Nobu's lifestyle vision,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO for Nobu Hospitality. “It brings together our commitment to craftsmanship, design integrity, and exceptional service to create a truly immersive residential experience. Miami's energy and cultural vitality make it the perfect setting for this milestone project.”

The Nobu Residential Experience

Located in the heart of Miami's rapidly growing Brickell district, 619 Brickell will house 300 thoughtfully designed residences alongside a staggering 90,000 square feet of private amenities.

The amenity spaces are meticulously curated to embody Nobu's aesthetic of balance and beauty. Residents will have access to:

  • A full-service luxury spa and wellness retreat

  • A state-of-the-art fitness center

  • A serene poolside café .

Every detail, from the curated materials within the apartments to the expansive terraces overlooking the bay, reflects the Nobu philosophy of living with intention and balance.

A New Dining Destination

Adding to the property's prestige, the ground level of 619 Brickell will unveil Miami's second Nobu restaurant, joining the already renowned location in Miami Beach. Set to become one of the city's most iconic dining destinations, the restaurant will feature a distinctive circular design and offer breathtaking water views, creating a seamless connection between the private residential life and world-class culinary hospitality.

The developers expressed deep enthusiasm for the collaboration, noting that the project perfectly converges design, service, and luxury lifestyle. This landmark destination is poised to become a defining feature of Miami’s skyline, reflecting the city’s growing sophistication and cultural vitality.
